Who We Are

Trinity Methodist and all its members offer a warm welcome to anybody who visits the church premises either for worship or to attend one of the many groups that make use of our premises. For more information on what to expect on a Sunday please follow the link below.

For people who use our premises on either a regular or ad hoc basis (for example birthday parties) must agree to abide by our and the Methodist Churches safeguarding policy and our code of Safer Working Practice.

Weekly Notices

We are very  proud of our premises, there aren’t many churches that have their own sports hall! Both our upper and lower halls are used on a regular basis but if you are interested in hiring either of them for your own use then this could be arranged. For more details follow the link below.

Sunday 27th May.10.30am. Our morning service is led by Mrs Marion Edwards

                                     6.00pm. Our evening service is led by Rev’d Gordon Gresswell and is a communion service.


Something different for you to try at Trinity. Belly Dancing! This is a fun event which is also raising funds for The Alice Foundation. This will take place on Wednesday 29th May between 6 and 8pm, tickets are £5.00 including refreshments. Ladies Only i'm afraid! Sunday 17th June we’ll be having a service at 3.00pm which will be recorded by BBC Wales, this is part of our 50th Anniversary celebrations.

5 Practices of Fruitful Congregations

This is a new initiative that is bring brought into Trinity and the Circuit, we’re looking at different aspects to encourage the growth of the church, over the coming months we’ll be looking at five different practices of Fruitful Congregations.

Rev’d Gordon is running sessions on Sunday afternoons leading into short evening services looking at the different aspects, the first one will be on 3rd June at Trinity starting at 4.30pm, this will be looking at the subject of Radical Hospitality. The second one will be Sunday 15th July and will be looking at Passionate Worship.
